For $30 million, Tiny buys HappyFunCorp, a company that has created apps for Twitter, Amazon, other platforms

HappyFunCorp, a company that develops products for companies like Apple, Disney, Amazon, and Twitter, is announced being purchased by Canadian company, Tiny, in a $30 million deal.

Ben Schippers, co-founder and co-CEO while confirming the deal in a release on Monday said that HappyFunCorp is being acquired with a mix of shares and cash and will continue to operate independently out of Brooklyn, New York.
