Information entered into tools
Kayefi’s QR and barcode generation features are designed to process the values you enter in your browser. The generator scripts create the symbol locally rather than submitting the payload to a Kayefi generation endpoint. Do not assume that every service on a WordPress site operates locally: web hosting, security tools, analytics, consent tools, and advertising providers may process technical data according to their own policies.
Contact form
The Contact page builds a WhatsApp link from the name, contact details, topic, and message entered into the form. Kayefi does not save these form values in the WordPress database. When you follow the WhatsApp link, the information is handled by WhatsApp and its applicable terms and privacy notice.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
WordPress and installed plugins may use cookies or similar technologies for login, security, preferences, analytics, measurement, or advertising. If Google AdSense or another advertising service is enabled, that provider may use cookies, device identifiers, or other technologies subject to its policies and applicable law. Provide a suitable consent experience where required, and link to the current privacy notices for the services you use.
Retention and your choices
Server logs may be retained by the hosting provider for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. Retention depends on your provider and configuration. To make a privacy request, contact the site owner using the Contact page. Replace this paragraph with a verified contact process and jurisdiction-specific rights before launch.
