Preparing toolβ¦
Reading and generation stay in your browser. Check the result before you share, print, or open a link.
When you need separate codes for product records, room labels, attendee links, inventory references, or campaign destinations, batch generation saves the repetitive work of opening a one-item tool again and again. Each non-empty line becomes its own downloadable QR image.
Use one complete value per line and keep track of line order before generating. The browser creates the images locally; large batches may take longer on older phones. Check a sample from the beginning and end of the list to catch copy-and-paste errors.
How to use this tool
- Paste one value per line.
- Generate the batch and review each preview.
- Download each code individually with a descriptive filename.
Practical guidance
Bulk generation is best when each line represents one complete payload, such as a distinct product page, invitation link, or inventory note. Maintain a source spreadsheet with the same row order so each exported image can be matched to the record that produced it. This batch workflow is limited to 40 images at once to keep the browser responsive on typical devices.
Checks before you use the output
Check for blank rows, accidental duplicate values, and URLs copied from the wrong spreadsheet column before generating. After export, open a sample from the beginning, middle, and end of the batch and scan each one. Use a naming convention that lets your team identify the correct image later; do not rely on the visual pattern alone.
Questions and answers
Can it import a spreadsheet directly?
You can copy a single column from a spreadsheet and paste it into the list. This version generates from lines of text rather than editing your spreadsheet.
Are the QR images uploaded to Kayefi?
Generation runs in your browser. The text is not sent to the Kayefi server by this tool.
Can I create hundreds of QR codes at one time?
This page accepts up to 40 values per batch. Split a larger list into smaller groups and keep a mapping between each source row and its exported file.
