Welcome to Kayefi Versus! By accessing or using our website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

1. User Accounts

To create battles or post arguments, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Kayefi Versus allows users to create polls, upload images, and submit text-based arguments (“Content”).

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the Content you post. However, by posting Content on Kayefi Versus, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content across the platform.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the Content you submit. You must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any images or text you upload.

3. Community Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a healthy debate arena, you agree NOT to:

  • Post Content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
  • Upload graphic, explicit, or Not Safe For Work (NSFW) imagery.
  • Spam the platform with promotional links, repetitive comments, or malicious code.
  • Use bots, automated scripts, or proxies to manipulate voting results.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove any Content or suspend/terminate any account that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

4. Moderation

Kayefi Versus utilizes both automated spam filters and human moderation. While we strive to review pending battles and arguments, we do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any user-submitted Content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Kayefi Versus name, logo, code, and platform design are the exclusive property of Kayefi Engineering. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary assets without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Kayefi Versus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, or from any Content posted by users.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
