1. The Kayefi Platform
Kayefi is an independent discovery directory and information aggregator. We provide a platform for users to discover, review, and compare digital assets, trading platforms, SaaS products, and affiliate programs. We do not broker trades, accept wagers, or manage financial assets.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To submit a platform, leave a review, or access certain features, you must register for an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User-Generated Content & Reviews
Kayefi empowers its community to leave ratings and reviews. By submitting content:
- You grant Kayefi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, display, and distribute your content globally.
- You warrant that your reviews are based on genuine, first-hand experience and are not compensated, manipulated, or falsified.
- We reserve the right to remove or moderate any content that violates our policies, constitutes spam, contains hate speech, or attempts to artificially inflate or deflate a platform’s rating.
4. Platform Submissions & Monetization
Creators and founders may submit their platforms for listing on Kayefi.
- Accuracy: You must have the authority to list the platform and ensure all provided data is accurate.
- Premium Listings: Kayefi may offer paid placement or premium listing features. All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Paystack).
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of listing visibility, all payments for premium listings and directory placements are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Kayefi without written permission.
- Submit false reports, fake reviews, or manipulate the rating systems.
- Use the Platform to distribute malware, phishing links, or illicit materials.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content, design, code, and branding on Kayefi is the intellectual property of Kayefi. Third-party logos, trademarks, and app icons belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for identification and informational purposes under fair use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kayefi and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform, or your interactions with any third-party services discovered through the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
