Anjali Sud, the CEO of video hosting service Vimeo, announced on Wednesday that she will quit the firm in order to seek other opportunities.
The past six years saw Sud, a former Amazon executive who joined the firm nine years ago as director of marketing, serve as Vimeo’s CEO.
With effect from September 1, board member Adam Gross, a former executive at Dropbox and Salesforce, will serve as temporary CEO while the Vimeo searches for a permanent replacement.
The outlook for the second quarter and the entire year 2023 was maintained by Vimeo, whose shares increased 1.5% in after-hours trade.
