    1. Ephemeral Nature

    Content on Kayefi is temporary. All confessions and associated comments are automatically permanently deleted from our servers 72 hours (3 days) after posting. We cannot recover deleted content for you, legal entities, or law enforcement once it is purged, except where required by law for active investigations prior to deletion.

    1. “Safe Space” Definition

    When we call Kayefi a “Safe Space,” we refer to Identity Safety (we do not track who you are). We cannot guarantee Emotional Safety regarding the content you might read. Reader discretion is advised.
