In a significant development, the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory has delivered a ruling that sets a time limit for the Department of State Security Service (DSS) to either charge or release the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele. This ultimatum comes as a result of a fundamental human rights suit filed by Emefiele against the DSS and other involved parties.
