Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kayefi (Kayefi.com) , including posting confessions, commenting, or installing our Lite App (PWA), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree NOT to post confessions or comments that:

  • Defame or Bully: Target specific individuals with the intent to harm their reputation or cause distress.
  • Dox: Reveal real names, phone numbers, addresses, or private social media handles of yourself or others.
  • Hate Speech: Promote violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
  • Spam: Advertise products, services, or link-building schemes.
  1. Moderation & Auto-Removal
  • Community Policing: We empower our community to report abuse. Any content (confession or comment) that receives 5 reports will be automatically hidden or removed.
  • Administrative Rights: We reserve the right to delete any content at any time, for any reason, without notice.
  • Banning: We may ban your IP address (via cryptographic hash) if you repeatedly violate these terms.
  1. Content Lifecycle (72 Hours)

You acknowledge that Kayefi is an ephemeral platform.

  • Confessions and comments are programmed to auto-delete 72 hours after creation.
  • You have no right to data preservation. Once gone, it is gone.
  1. Intellectual Property

By posting content, you grant Kayefi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that text on our platform and marketing materials (e.g., sharing a screenshot of a viral confession on social media).

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kayefi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or the content posted by others.
